The National Museum of History of Moldova hosts between December 16th and 29th, the first exhibition of designers of dolls and Teddy bears from Moldova - "The universe of dolls".
The exhibition is a challenge both for children and adults, who are invited to discover a fascinating world of handcrafted dolls.
The exhibition displays around 120 unique dolls, created with craftsmanship and refinement by 22 Moldovan artists: Natalia Ostrovskaia, Tatiana Pundeva, Ludmila Şumilo, Irina Zlobina, Roza Buțanu, Vladimir Sușkevici, Diana Taran, Irina Şegheva, Elena Malina, Tatiana Bivol, Natalia Obadă, Angela Anghel, Irina Ţurcan, Anasatasia Preteca, Elena Jovmir, Maria Silina, Livia Mureșanu, Rodica Morari, Svetlana Gavrilova, Olga Suman, Ludmila Ivașcina and Victoria ArtTica.
The exhibition wants to introduce the public into a world of fairytale, emotion and color, into an absolutely fascinating world of expressive characters telling their own story: fairies, witches, angels, elves, bears, horses, cats.
The universe of handcrafted dolls awaits its public at the National Museum of History of Moldova until December 29th.
